TimeDesk is de logstieke en juridische constructie om de plannen besproken op benkoot.nl te realiseren. Welke rechtsvorm dit initiatief moet krijgen is momenteel nog niet helder. Co-financiering van TimeDesk activiteiten vind plaats o.b.v.een project financiering via de Digitale pioniers.
